现在有一个板块开设了问答悬赏，如果正常打开板块链接的话就是这样：https://www.abc.com/forum-16-1.html
然后只有这样打开页面链接：https://www.abc.com/forum.php?mod=forumdisplay&fid=16&filter=specialtype&specialtype=reward
才能显示为悬赏主题的界面。
所以想问一下各位大侠们，需要怎么添加伪静态，才能让上面这个链接地址是伪静态？
